school office on Friday 4th
September 2009. All forms returned will be numbered
and clubs will be assigned on a first come, first served
principle.
There is no need to come to the
school in person and queue. Please send the form with your
child or if they are in FS/KS1 drop it off to the office in
the morning.

Please remember that private clubs are not run by the
school and any queries should be addressed to those leading
the club and not to the school office. Charges will be
levied by those running private clubs.
