Dear Parents,

We are very excited to hold the inaugural BESG Art Exhibition this Sunday. All the fantastic artwork has been created by the BESG students. Most of the group artwork has been coordinated and guided by Mrs Annemieke Erdogan. Thank you again.

There are two parts to the Art Exhibition.

1. Individual artwork: Each student has created a piece of artwork that will be for sale for 25TL each. There will be a table selling the artwork near the door. If you wish to buy your child's artwork please pay at the sales table and we will give you a red dot sticker to put onto the artwork (to demonstrate that it has been bought). You can take your chid's artwork home with you at 4.00pm, after the event finishes.
2. Group artwork: Each class has worked together to produce one piece of artwork that is available for Silent Auction. The starting price for each piece will be 50tl. If you wish to place a bid, write a TL amount higher than 50TL (the highest amount you are willing to pay) on the slip of paper provided at the sales desk and include your name and which year's artwork that you are bidding for. Place your private bid in the sealed Bidding Box. The winner of the artwork will be the highest bidder. The winner will be announced at 3.45 by Dawn. If you are lucky enough to be the highest bidder, please pay at the sales desk at 4pm and you can take prize home with you!

For those parents who are not able to attend the Art Exhibition, please contact Sandra Kraushaar on sandra_kraushaar@yahoo.com.au or 0533 3803632 as we are sure you will want the opportunity to buy your child's individual artwork. We can arrange payment and send it home with your child next week. The group artwork is only for auction on Sunday.

A reminder that the Egg Hunt will start just after 2pm - get your kids there on time so they don't miss the start of the Hunt!!

On Sunday, you will also have an opportunity to buy our Gala Ball tickets!

Don't forget that Daylight Savings finishes Sunday, 29 March at 03:00 a.m. when the clocks will be set forward one hour.
