The week beginning Feb 22nd will be
Healthy Schools Week.
The children will be involved in a range
of activities and trips to local restaurants
to teach them how to be healthy.
We hope to take the children to Beypazari
to visit the carrot packing factory
and the local market!
The school will offer fresh fruit and
vegetable nibbles to all children during
morning break.
They will also have the opportunity to
take part in keep fit fun each day with
the chance to do some yoga and meditation.
The children are also encouraged to create
their very own fruit and vegetable
creatures for Friday 26th when the best
will be judged worthy of a prize.
We are launching a whole school Healthy
recipe competition. Everyone can bring
in a recipe during this week. The winning
recipes will be made into a school cookbook
and the best recipe will be cooked
by GREG for the whole school to enjoy!
Friday 26th is designated FOOD FUN DAY
with live food preparation
