have all had a fantastic time with our special school
visitor Ayo who came to teach us all about African
drumming. Ayo, from the Gambia, is a teacher who gives
workshops to International schools all over the world.

GOODBYE
We are very sorry to say goodbye to Jessica Hayes in
Year 3. We wish you well and hope you will come back one
day to see us.
A very big thank you to Tim Hayes who has worked
tirelessly as a school governor and to Nancy McEldowney
who has been such a support to BESG. We wish you all
success in your future challenges and hope we will all
keep in touch.

would like to extend a warm welcome to the Amar and
Ahmed families who have joined our school recently. Paul
Benjamin has joined Yr2 from Singapore and Muntaka Yr3

LET'S HAVE AN EGG HUNT
To welcome everyone back from term break, the FPTA
will sponsor a fun-filled egg hunt for BESG students on
Saturday, April 5, 2008. Children will roam the
woods in search of lucky eggs that will earn them
special treats and prizes for their school.
Children’s entry fee only 5 YTL.
