FOCUS OF THE WEEK

This week we have been thinking about how we are all special people. We have learned that we should feel proud to be such interesting people and as such be treated with respect and thoughtfulness. We must remember to be kind and considerate to one another.

KEY STAGE 2 SEX & RELATIONSHIP EDUCATIONAL EVENING

This week we all enjoyed the presentation given by Vanessa Ataçocuğu SRE Co-ordinator and KS2 Teachers. Information was given to parents concerning the SRE Curriculum and scheme of work which is followed in our school. Parents also had the opportunity to look at key resources and watch the videos which are shown to the children. I would like to thank all the staff and parents who came along to this evening. - Staff Training Day will be April 18^th (NO SCHOOL)

WORLD WATER DAY

On Friday we are Celebrating World Water Day. The official date for this is on 22^nd March but we are holding ours earlier. We are trying to raise awareness of all those in the world who do not have access to clean water. For further information you can look at the website http://www.wateraid.org/. We will be having a non-uniform day and a 'decorate a cookie activity'. More details will follow.
