FOCUS OF THE WEEK
 This week we have been thinking about the
consequences of our actions. We shared some old sayings
and proverbs and thought about the proverb:
Look before you leap!

 SCHOOL COUNCIL NEWS
Congratulations to the newly elected School Council
members for the Spring Term. BESG has a school Council
which is elected from the children in Years 3-6 and in
the Summer Term Year 2 also become involved. The School
Council meets every Friday with a set agenda. Children
are encouraged to bring discuss school wide issues and
have a voice in school decision making. The School
Council also raises funds for items which will be of
benefit to all children in the school. They have decided
to buy games for each class for Golden Time with the
money raised from Bonfire Night.
