QUESTIONS: Parents wishing to discuss particular questions are welcome to consult the class teacher or Head. However, please do make an appointment first and recognise that some times may be more suitable then others.

Questions of an administrative nature can be addressed to the Administrative Manager by phone or in person. If the questions relate to fees or other financial issues please contact the Business Manager.

REPORTS AND TEACHER CONFERENCES: At the start of the school year staff hold a meeting for all parents. This meeting introduces the work of the class and general matters of organisation. Later in the autumn term an evening consultation meeting is held. This is also provided in the spring term. At the end of the school year a report is sent home and an opportunity to discuss this is provided.

Parents are able to discuss their child’s progress at other times by prior arrangement with the class teacher or Head.

RESIDENTIAL TRIPS: These are an important element in the life of the Study Group. Trips are held for pupils in the Junior school (Key Stage 2). The trips are carefully designed to support the work of the classroom through first-hand experience. They also help with our aims and programme in social development.
The following is the current pattern:

Year 3: Three day trip to Cappodocia
Year 4: Five days in Kizkalesi on the south coast
Year 5: Five days to Ephesus and Pamukkale
Year 6: Five days in Gallipoli
