NEWSLETTER: A newsletter is sent out by the head on Thursdays. This contains reminders of calendar events, items of interest concerning the children’s activities and other notices when necessary. Advertisements and other notices can be placed by parents and friends for a fee.

NURSE: The study group employs a school nurse, who is available both to help with direct medical needs, and for consultations. A full health policy and the requirements regarding health prior to entry are available from the nurse or the school office. The relevant forms are also on the website.

OFFICE: The Study Group office is staffed from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm. Parents can come to the office after the school opening time of 8.20 am. After 4.00 pm please note that telephone calls will not be answered.

OUTDOOR WEAR: Children should have appropriate outdoor wear for all conditions. In the winter months suitable boots and waterproof trousers are essential to enable snow play. Except in wet weather children will play outdoors during breaks, and it is essential that suitable hats, scarves and gloves are provided in winter.
