DOCTOR: The Study Group has a link doctor – Dr Arseven. He is available to us to call for both advice and help in any emergencies.

EMBASSY: The Study Group is located within the grounds of the British Embassy. Our location on the Embassy compound has implications for security (see below).

FEES: A list of the current year’s fees is enclosed separately. Bills for fees are sent out before the end of the preceding term. In the summer term parents are asked to send a holding deposit to secure a place for the following year. This is set against fees and is non-refundable if children do not return the next year.

FIRST AID: Minor cuts and bruises are dealt with by the school nurse, administrative manager, receptionist, class teacher or lunch monitor. If any doubt exists about the severity of the injury and particularly in the case of a head injury, parents are contacted. If necessary the link doctor is also contacted for advice or help.

Parents are asked to complete health forms for each of their children prior to entry. The Study Group needs to know details of any special conditions such as asthma or food allergies, and if these require medication.
